I think you are just talking about replacing the bulb. To do that, you should be able to remove the plastic cover over your turn signal with a torx driver and just replace the bulb after you remove the plastic housing. Is the bulb what you are trying to replace?

The flasher's behind the left side of the dash on the fuse/relay block bracket.
