Hey guys... I could really use some help. I ordered the mail order Lingenfelter TVS1900 Supercharger Package for my 2008 Escalade ESV and had my local Cadillac dealer install it. It's an absolute monster now but I have only one disappointment... it didn't come with a Lingenfelter badge for the supercharger or for the rear of the vehicle. I contacted Lingenfelter and the rep said that their shop in Indiana has to install the package to be eligble to receive the emblems. I even offered to fax them the order invoice for the package and the detailed install receipt, but they still refuse to send me the badges. I get it I guess, but it's still a let down that I can't represent that I have the Lingenfelter package on my Cadillac. No to be arrogant or anything, but I figure if its under the hood, I should be able to represent it.

Does anyone know of a way to obtain the emblems... or do any subscribers have emblems they aren't using that I could purchase? Thanks for your help in this matter. :)

Im jealous. But they wont give you badges because you didn't have it installed by them? That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Why would they want any free advertising? That kind of stuff just makes me not want to buy that product. Arrogant and plain stupid.
Sorry, don't know where to get emblems...ebay?

This is just what they do, they don't want someone slapping some of their parts on a car/truck and calling it a Lingenfelter special edition or so on, this has been true about the Corvette parts that started them in business, to get a Lingenfelter package with badging it has to be done at one of their two locations. Did you get your truck dyno tuned yet? Personally I would get custom supercharged emblems rather than Lingenfelter emblems, or get Magnuson because all that Lingenfelter does is make the supercharger up. :) There are many custom makers

hcvone - I had a certified Lingenfelter installer install mine and I had the same thing.....NO BADGES!! Just because we don't drive to Decatur, IN to have them install it is ridiculous!! I had a lot more work done to my motor but I should at least be able to run the emblem!!

If you find out how to get them, PLEASE let me know, I would owe you one!!

Yeah that sucks.. but you have a sleeper, so that's a plus. Go walk on a Hemi.. that will make you forget about it for a few.

After they see a few negative posts about it, they will probably start offering them... for money of course!

How's the gas mileage?

You can put any emblem on your car/truck that you like, but companies like Lingenfelter, Mallett, Caravaggio or Hennessey just don't want everyone putting their names where is could be misleading, and cost them business from someone thinking the car/truck was a full Lingenfelter modded, when really it was someone slapping a supercharger on a car/truck without doing anything else and causing the mod to fail. Personally I have owned a Lingenfelter Corvette and I WOULD NOT let them put emblems or serial numbers on my car, they were not paying me to advertise, and to tell you the truth, in the real world if you have one of the tuners names on your car, IT JUST MEANS YOU PAID TOO MUCH. JMO From someone who pays too much I know this IS TRUE

Don't woory about the badge. Leave it looking stock and stealth, a real sleeper until you punch the gas.
