I am new to the site. Just picked up a new SRX and want to add pics. When I try to add from my computer I get "upload failed", when I try to add a url from image shack for forums, I get "url failed to upload.
Any help would be appreciated. I searched for answers but am not seeing any.

When you upload a picture to imageshack, you will get a code. Type: the imageshack code and when you post it will show the image.

If you're still having problems with the picture(s) email them to me and I'll post them.

I do a lot of photographic work and one great place I like to use and share photos on is photobucket.com. I use the site to upload and store my photos and then just copy the links for posting. I use that great site all the time for posting on a lot of different websites like this one.

You just upload your photo(s) and you can create many different kinds of alblums and you can then just copy their link(s) and then you can paste those links into a thread like this one.
You can upload videos and create and post your own animated images too. http://i222.photobucket.com/albums/dd198/MarcNY/Smiley%20Signs/MCNYNavy2smiley.gif http://i222.photobucket.com/albums/dd198/MarcNY/Smiley%20Signs/NFSSRRallysmiley.gif http://i222.photobucket.com/albums/dd198/MarcNY/Loading_Niagara_Falls_Live.gif

If you want to link to images on your imageshack/photobucket account, you need click the image tool button in the quick reply box, then click the URL tab in the popup, and make sure to uncheck the box below. Otherwise, it is going to try to automatically download the picture from imageshack, and reupload it here. Which usually fails. Unchecking that box will ensure your post hotlinks to the image on imageshack's server.
