A couple of months ago some lady hit my passenger rear wheel so i had to buy a new one, the company i original bought the wheels from was not able to order the wheels since Lexani had none instock, so i ordered from another rim shop.

Anyways on my original receipt it reads "24x10 6x139.7 +30ET", but on the new one it reads "24x10 6-135/139.7 ET35" - did I get a rim with a different offset?

I checked the back of rims and they both say ET 15, is that mean the offset is the same on both?

any ideas?

If you are trying to say your new wheel and old wheel say ET15 on the wheel, then yes, they match. If you want an explanation of which offset is better, I would have to know the tire size.
