I have a 2006 sts v6 58,000 miles that is burning a lot of oil between changes and a lot of people Said to use Seafoam spray to clean the valves and rings. I was wondering if anyone has tried this and what were the results?

I use Seafoam in my motorcycle and it is an excellent product. I put it in the fuel tank to keep the carbs clean. I have no idea how you would spray Seafoam on the valves and rings. Have you tried a few wide open throttle runs to clean the combustion chamber and valves? It used to work wonders on my '96, '99, and '00 Seville STS cars. There is a good read on the advantages of this procedure in the technical archive at the top of the forum.
