i know that new passenger car tires measure 10/32- 11/32 in tread depth. So i assume that Vogues are the same.

what do you guys think about a used set of vogue tires 235/55R17 with 7/32-8/32 tread depth for a little over $600? they were manufactured in 12/2007...

1-is that too old of a tire?
2- is that TOO used of a tire for $600?
3-should i just buy new?

id hate to though,...M&M's (mustard and mayos) cost ALLOT new!!!

if not $600, how much should i offer?

according to seller, no damage....

$600 for used tires? there better be a nice set of rims attached. otherwise I'd pass. you can buy a good set of brand new tires for that

For your consideration: eBay has these in your size for $999 free shipping.

it is about half price, but if you can talk them down any you should ... they're worn/used so you've got the upper hand in negotiating (depending on how badly they want to sell)

ok ill see what i can do...
but the 12/2007 manufacture date and tread depth is not a problem?
what would you guys say is a cool price? 400, 450, ect..?

as low as you can get them ... if they're firm on the $600 then you'll have to decide if they're worth it to you

as for the age of the tire that is a bit old but not too old (unless they've been sitting and are out of round)

tread depth of 8/32 is probably at 60% worn or so i would guess
