its weird drivers side is stuck down and passengers is stuck up. I feel this is an electrical problem because I do not hear any type of noise where the motors are trying to do anything... I checked fuses and everything is good there. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance...

you will have to use a scan tool to check for communication with the module and possibly reset the manufacturer enable counter to zero

Would you care to elaborate a bit for me? I would really appreciate it. What type of scan tool could I use? How do I reset the counter to zero?
Million thanks!

What works many times is to turn off your radio and HVAC system, disconnect the battery for 5 minutes and reconnect, see if that fixes the problem, it worked on a customers truck. :)

Was really hoping it was that easy, but it didn't work...

What was the repair they did to fix the problem? I'm out of warranty. How much did they charge you to repair it?

Most will charge for an hour of time, if they like you they some times do it for free
