Not really, the old girl needs quite a bit of work. At first glance she looks quite good but on closer examination, she will need a full restoration.

The reason I bought the car is that you simply can't find these cars easily. I stumbled across this car at a local auction and had to have it. I had great ideas about restoring it etc but in reality I live in an older area with very little room to work on the Talisman. Not too mention I have an old house to renervate. My 95 Fleetwood and 04 GMC CrewCab fill the garage, simply put - not enough room.

The reason I'm not asking "big" money for her is that 1 - she needs lots of work and 2 - I want her to go to someone who will bring her back to her former glory. These cars are rae and I don't want this one to end up in a field somewhere. There was a '74 for sale here a few years ago for I think $6000Cdn. My brother almost bought it but it wouldn't fit in the garage. :eek:
