I posted this on the Escalade forum and wanted to even things out by doing the same here.

I recently traded my Trailblazer SS for a new 2011 Escalade Platinum. I now have another beast in the garage to go with my 2010 CTS-V.

I love the wheels on this baby.

Nice rides. Collinsville IL huh? I'm in O'Fallon. As soon as I find a V2, we'll have to get together with the rest of the STL area V owners for meet. Maybe throw back a few.

How do you like your LED headlights in the Escalade? I cannot wait until we can get that figured out for a CTS headlight. I would MUCH rather have the LED headlight over these HID ones we have. They are expensive to replace and have a short life. The LED headlights will outlive the vehicle and have FAR superior forward lighting. In the fire truck world, we have an LED headlight option now and it is AWESOME! The also produce forward heat, so there is no issue with snow/ice. They actually produce about 100 degrees of forward heat.

Yes. I take 3 exact shots at different bracketed settings then combine them. That way you get the best of the shadows, bright spots and regular areas all in one shot. It does create an awesome effect.

No Platinum Escalade photoshoot would be complete without a picture of this:

Heated and cooled cupholders!

I hate to say it but I think I would prefer this brushed aluminum console cover plate in place of our black scratchy thing.

OHHHH YEAH. Great weekend for st. louis area sports fans. That game six was probably the best game I've ever seen. Even the rams won their first game! Ha!
