: Software update for Navigation System and Bluetooth phone

I just bought a 2011 SRX and am very disappointed in the phone capabilities and navigation system. Is there a way to access all of my contacts on my iphone 4 without registering each one with OnStar? This seems like a lot of extra work.

Also, my navigation system does not pick up streets in my neighborhood that are two years old. This tells me that the navigation system isn't updated.

Any suggestions to fix either of these issues would be appreciated. Other than these problems, I'm loving my new car, but since I conduct most of my business from my car, these issues will decide if I stay with Cadillacs or look elsewhere for my next car.

Thank you in advance!

I have an iPhone 4. All I do is press the call button on the steering wheel and say 'Hands Free'. It prompts me from that point.
If I remember correctly it will say 'iPhone'. Then I say 'Call Home'. It then says 'Call Home Using iPhone'.
I can call any number in my contacts list.

I do find that some of the map data is outdated. Not too much though.
