Sorry to hear but it is odd as the same happened to me. No curb rash but half way up the spoke. Bad news...they do not sell touch-up paint and good luck getting it to match color and durability of OEM. let me know if you find a solution. I am having the Caddy body shop mix me some paint but it will not be the same as they are concerned about the clear coat.
If it's any consolation I curbed my polished wheel today coming out of a parking garage. And I swore to myself I would keep these wheels blemish free. Oh well. Won't be the last scratch on the car I'm sure.
