very interested D3 but how does these install since they are so thin? Can you explain whats involved if the OEM studs have to be pressed off the hub etc?

you're slipping this over the OEM hub like any other spacer, the longer studs are there so you still have a good amount of thread on the wheel nuts.

Hello,
Like M5eater already said the spacers are slipped/slightly pressed onto the OEM hub. The OEM studs are pressed out and the provided longer hardened studs are then pressed in. The longer studs ensure proper thread engagement when running the spacers.

Furthermore our spacers also allow us to run square tire setups on these cars. Running the square setup on these cars feel INCREDIBLE and allow us to carry even more speed when on the racetrack. So much, our drivers have been able to carry (1) gear higher in each turn at California Speedway running the ROVAL.

Do you have any more details, i.e. how much further out the front and rear wheels will sit with these spacers? Any pictures close to parallel with the side of the car showing how much closer the wheel face and rubber is to the fender lip?

Great idea to put together a package like this that is tested for our application.

D3 is pressing the old studs out and the new ones a huge job< approx how long is this? Do the wheel hubs have to be removed from the car?

I am going to have my installer shop call you guys to find more details and order them

Also i have an 18 winter wheel and tire set can I remove the spacers, retain the longer studs and retain the OEM lugnuts or i need different lugs to compensate for the different length of thread?

post up some more photos of the stance.

Cool!

That looks great, me likey. But as mentioned I assume they have to be pressed in.

Correct, the new studs will need to be pressed in. No way around that. But the fronts are pretty easy & quick.
