I have a 1990 sedan deville. two weeks ago i was parking my vehicle and my brakes became hard as a rock and my vehicle wouldnt stop, both my abs and brake lights were on at this time. After getting my vehicle home safely i had a mechanic come to my house and look at it. I was told that my abs pump motor had stopped working, so i had it replaced, but not by at a shop. after it was replaced i still had the same problem with a rock hard brake pedal and no stoppage in the vehicle. i was then told that the vehicle had to be taken to a cadi dealer and the system needed to be vacuumn bled. I havent done this yet because i want to no if any one has had a similar experience and what the results were. need help
