Infiniti got bumped out of second place. Cadillac is one step away from reclaiming "standard of the world"
Cadillac better than Mercedes, but that can't be  :hmm:
It's okay Ralph Mercedes will make a small comeback(maybe) but it will be to late cause Cadillac will be by farer supurior than already! muhahahaha
I hope that Cadillac wont end up like BMW and Merceds in 20 years then Merceds and BMW are the ones making the great comeback, while Cadi ends up like they are now.
prob not

For now lets enjoy Cadillac's current comeback. It's well earned.

This didn't happen by chance. Those who know of W Edwards Deming know that he showed GM that statistical process control does work, and the rise in the quality has been his legacy (he used to say that the only time he regretted taking on a company was when he agreed to take on GM). This improvement process is not random, and once Deming's influence gains dominance, GM will be the next Toyota/Lexus. We all benefit by the myriad improvements, from basic engineering to final fit and finish.
