I run bfg,s kdw2 on my v and love them. I also like the nito invo,s I have them on my c5 that I autocross and drag all the time and love them. They are both very very good in the rain. The invo,s are quiter if that matters and can be rotated from side to side. I would have put them on the v if I could have got then in the size I wanted. Stock was 275/40/19 I went with 295/35/19 and stock up front.

For about the price of 2 front PS2s, Hankook evo V12s can be hard for all 4. They are about 85% of the PS2s. I would've replaced my front PS2s with PS2s but I'm waiting a few months for the Michelin Pilot Super Sports to come out in the stock sizes so I got the Hankooks...

Sorry, but PS2's are worth the money. In my opinion, no other tire will give you that level of performance. I would also check your alignment, spirited driving (even at the track) does not kill front tires that fast.

i have the hankooks and am very pleased with them. this current set has lasted about 14k miles and should go another 2k at least. road noise is a little higher than the ps2's and you can feel the tires flexing a bit under very hard cornering but if you aren't racing for money every weekend they are a great alternative to the much more expensive michelins.

I had worn them down a little at Summit Point but that isn't as hard on tires as tiny WH. When the Pilot Super Sports come out, that will be THE tire to get. Better dry and wet performance. And with an improved outer tread block that won't wear like the PS2, they will come with a 30,000 mile warranty. Can't beat that...

BTW, pumping up the front tires helped quell the accelerated wear on the outer fronts. I ran about 42-43psi hot and the PS2s survived the rest of the day at Waterford Hills. Keep the rears lower. I talked to a Michelin engineer at the Cadillac Driving Labs at Monticello and he agreed with my conclusions on tracking the V on PS2s...

Words well spoken! I used the Continental DW, and they were easily 95% of the Michelins. I also got all 4 under a G also.
