Where is the flasher/relay for the chime noise? Thanks to anyone in the know.

IIRC, if you remove the center dash section (surrounds radio and climate control) and look to the left, there is a little white box, which is the chime. your best bet to get a working one will be to snag several out of the junkyard and try them until you get a working one.
to remove the surround, you will need a phillips screwdriver.
there are 4 screws.
2 are opposite the climate control, and there is one above each of the vents.
to get the screws above the vents, you need to tilt the vents all the way down, and stick the screwdriver in the vent section above the directional slider, towards the middle of the car (IIRC) and unscrew the 2 screws that hold the center section into the main dash board.

Thanks,

I saw the box today as I replaced the radio.

Timing is everything! :)

Followup.

When I replaced the radio the memory wasn't working.

Turns out the factory connector was three prong going into two prong connector on radio.

Once rewired for two to two the reminder chimes started working and the security light which never lit now flashes until armed.

So the circuitry plays off radio memory feed for those who are haaving similar problem. :)
