90 brougham, warning brake light been on all week

brake fluid good

did have a small leak under the drivers door about 2 months ago, but doesnt appear to be leaking now.

brakes are working fine

some times when I press the brake it disappears

...master cylinder?
...air in system?

just now starting to drive this car every once in a while since I got it, starting to find out what happens to a car after it sits for 2 years

Check and make sure the parking brake is not partially engaged. Then check the connector on the combination valve for for corrosion, and make sure the terminals aren't shorted out.

You have a leak. Leaks don't go away. line is rusted through under the doors, up on top of the frame. Very common with these cars. Get the car up in the air, find the leak, cut the line, fix it, and bleed the system. Flare the tubing properly, don't use compression fittings. Once you get pressure back and equalized, your light will go off.
