So I have been searching for months on eBay, craiglist, etc trying to find a place that sells our nav head unit.....no success really. My non-nav head unit is toast and figured now I would try and upgrade. Can anyone point me in the right direction for this?? I've even tried scrap yards! Please a little advice?? Thanks I'm advance!

Just searched ebay key worD escalade navigation and there are several and they are affordable however i dont know if you can plug it it or if there are other things you need to do. I am looking for an 09-up unit if it will just bolt in so i can get nav traffic and new menus, graphics, ect...

They are usually really easy to find, "Escalade Navigation" but if you want another non nav unit, I have one here...

09 and up will work (plug & play) I believe 2010 or 2011 came out with the USB if I'm not mistaken, if you get that model you will need to be creative and run a USB cable from the unit to somewhere in your vehicle...preferably to you center console...a of course you will a VCIM upgrade to get Bluetooth (search the site for easy instructions on that)....I bought my 07 in 2008 and upgraded to NAV and VCIM...DIY

2010 has USB and changer, 2011 has no CD changer...

Check eBay...if you have time you can get a used one for the price you want to pay, be sure to ask if the unit functions, if there are scratches, if all the buttons are in tact and it comes with an antenna (around $50 if it doesn't)...see below

Awesome thanks! I think I was searching from the Canadian site so not nearly the options. When they need programming whats the average cost to have the dealership do that? Also, I see the many options and price range on the nav disks themselves....is there really a difference of $100 on a disk? Whats the difference other than update version???

dealer will charge an hour if they can do it, that's where you may run into a brick wall...call your local dealers and let them know your intent....you may want to do the VCIM upgrade at the same time...get the latest disc....if you're in the Toronto area and I can help you obtain a VCIM and disc, PM me
