Hello everyone! Im new to the board, just traded in my 2009 Z06 for a 2011 CTSV Black Diamond Edition Sedan. I have to say between the 2 cars I do prefer the V as a daily driver (as the vette was for a while) while the corvette as nice as it was for a DD the car just got to me after a while. Anyway enough of that. I have a question (yes I searched to no avail) is there a way to sync all your iphone contacts to the Navigation system? My wifes car automatically uploaded all her contacts with an phone sync but there doesn't seem to be an option for the V. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try page 7-36 Ipod and 7-37 Bluetooth. http://www.cadillac.com/content/dam/Cadillac/Global/master/nscwebsite/en/home/Owners/Manuals_and_Videos/01_images/2011_cadillac_cts_owners_manual.pdf Bottom of center column.

Dont say Bluetooth (I had the same issue) say phone THEN Bluetooth. Funny my vette all I had to say was blutooth then pair with the caddy you have to start at Phone then each command.

Yeah I read the manual all and looked and there doesnt seem to be a way to sync all my phone contacts with the system unless you do each one manually. Thats why I was curious if anyone had a work around or somthing as I dont want to add 300+ contacts manually..ANYWHERE let alone the car.

Ain't gonna happen. You can only store up to a maximum of 30 numbers as name tags in the hands free memory that can be accessed by Bluetooth and OnStar.

When I press the phone button, I have to say "Hands free" first, wait for the response and then say "Bluetooth" and then "call" or "dial".

My 5 year old Garmin Nuvi automatically syncs with my phone's contact list in its entirety.

Best regards,

Elie

My issue with voice command for my iphone4 is how convoluted it is to make a call. Push button, say "handsfree", wait for tone then say "call office", then wait for response which is "call office please yes or no", I say "yes" then I get "calling office using car phone". In my 08 MB CLS 63 it was not any where this difficult. Is there something that I have not done in setting up my phone system? Thanks in advance.
