I bought an '04 without navigation. I just recently bought an '05 touch screen navigation unit from a vendor on e-bay. Took about 45 minutes to remove the dash pad, install the navigation antenna and remove non-navigation radio. Installed touch screen navigation radio and reinstalled the dash pad. Everything plugs right in. Drove to chevy dealer where a friend cleared the vin from the unit in about three minutes. Turned on ignition and everything worked perfect. Touch screen is the way to go. So much easier. :D

Save it and put it back in the truck for when the lease is up.

you be interested in letting me use it as a mock up for my escalade. i have a 99 and am wondering how much trouble it would be to put that 05 touch screen in my truck. I would pay for the shipping both directions :D

Crusher,

I'm looking to upgrade my H2 to a TNR. On your TNR, do you have these audio options?

Normal, Driver, Rear, and Spacious

Can you tell me the GM part number of your TNR, and what the vendor's name is?

Thanks!

Klaus

I got mine from the vendor in the link below. I paid $1025 which was her buy it now price on e-bay at the time. The last one she had on e-bay had a buy it now price of $1199 but someone started bidding on it and it ended at $1460. Go figure. There was one on there on 10-28-04 for a buy it now price of $875. It was bought quickly.

from what i've heard, it'll fit in the 'hole' but the wiring in the back is completely different. don't really know though, but if you try it, let me know how you make out.

I saw that one for $875, I think the person that bought just beat me by a couple seconds, when I clicked on the 'BUY IT NOW' it didn't go through. He posted a few hours after that one that sold $1400.
