I don't think I have all the manuals for this car, and a board search didn't turn up anything specific to this. Though, thankfully, I'm not the only person who occasionally has the tone controls reset to 'normal' with all of the adjustments flat.

Is it possible to program some XM stations in an XM preset area? I like the 50's-80's, plus a couple of comedy channels, NPR, CNBC, and Studio 54 is coming to channel 15, soon.

Thanks!

It's all in the Nav manual which can be downloaded. See the links in the 'stickey' thread at the top of the forum.

Here's the info on the Presets. Please note an assupmtion that the 'ABC' softkey button is not selected.

Thanks! I found a photocopy of the NAV system's manual in the car, eventually, but it made no mention of any of this.

Edit:

Turns out, if you have 'category' selected on XM, then the presets are over-ridden by the category.

No problems, really, though I wish XM didn't have the occasional station I want in the middle of an area I don't care about. Meh, so it goes.
