I got another question for you guys. I recently changed the muffler on my '89 Brougham. I bought a new tail pipe also. It will be easy to attach to the muffler with the clamp if I could just get it over the back wheels. We had it jacked up, but it wasn't high enough to maneuver the tail pipe up and over and through the back wheels. Do I need to use a lift or ask a mechanic to do it for like $20 on his lift since it would only take like 10 minutes to put on? Any ideas on how I could do it without a lift?

You need the rear axle to be completely extended, so unless you have a set of tall jack stands, you need a lift. When I did mine, I ended the pipe at the rear wheel and added a little tail-tip to give it a nice kick-out look.
