Depends on how long you want it to last and what conditions it'll be under. We have quite a bit of good data on this forum and others. Doing a bit of reading will give you a good idea of what the LSA can handle.

It has been discussed that with a solid tune and the appropriate supporting mods ~600whp is within the "safe zone".

I wouldn't go that far at all. The engine and 1900 blower, with certain mods, can easily exceed the limits of the bottom end, especially with enough miles on the motor.
