As stated in title:
1995 fwb started occasionally, then not
tested and found voltage into coil but no output

Installed new coil, still no output

Now what ?

See this picture? All four terminals should show about 8.5 kOhms. Check your coil out.

It is nit mine, but this one (http://cgi.ebay.com/Micronta-Model-22-220-VOM-Analog-Multimeter-FET-Exc-/250861131880?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3a687d1868#ht_500wt_1203) looks more like fro m 60's. :D
