: Help removing the back seat

I am trying to install a car amp and sub woofer I have all my wires ran power audio and remote down the side of the car under the carpet now I have joy of trying to remove the back seat to finish running the wires small issue is I don't know how to take it out or if there is a trick to running the wires to the trunk please help.

As you don't mention what year your Cadillac is, I assume the seat is secured in the time honored manner. You have to push in on the base of the seat near the floor then pick up. There is a locater that hooks into an anchor on the floor. You can release one side then the other. The seat back is held in place by a torx bolt that anchors your seat belts and locator hooks near the top of the seat back.

^ yeah exactly how deVille33 said. It's been that way for almost every car I've ever tried to do it on.

It worked thank you all much I have never removed a seat before but this worked great.
