: Amp power wire on fuse block power?

I've searched and seen that one of the mods hooked a sub amp power wire into the fuse box power under the rear seat. Doesn't seem to be common practice in the threads i've read. Will I run into any trouble with this ever? With whatever other accessories that are tapped into that power wire, when beating out the sub is it too much draw on that factory power wire? I don't want to chase meltdowns later or start a fire. I only have a 350w (rms) amp on a JL 12w3 but I've always run dedicated power wires to the battery. This seems like it would save a LOT of trouble if it works. Do I put another fuse there as well?

Thanks for any advice

I tapped into that power line and I have no problem.

I didn't add a fuse as the amp has one.

Which fuse block, the left one or right one?

I tapped the power wires (2) that run between the two boxes.
