Finally got the insurance check last week and so I've started doing the body work yesterday.

Didn't get it all done because it was so hot and I'm lazy but here are some pics.

Some before shots showing the damage:

First bit of work. Popped the dents and started laying down a little fiberglass filler

End of the day, it was starting to look pretty close:

So that's how far I got in a few hours of work. Next weekend I'll be finishing the job and spraying the fender and door.

I will also use this opportunity to fix the spot where the neighbor's fence fell on my fender. Same fender that got hit I'll be painting that whole fender :)

Take off the wheelwell trim! Looks good so far. What is your spray gun setup? I just bought a couple of guns to do paint.

Jay I will remove the wheel well trim before doing the finishing stuff. I didn't want to remove it while popping and filling the dent because A: I'm lazy and B: i tend to dent these trim pieces.

Spray gun is just a normal Evercraft (?) spray gun from Napa with the can on the bottom. I've never used one of the ones with the cans on top...heard they were pretty good but I haven't found a project to test one out on. Pretty much just staying "Safe" with what I know :D
