I like this picture. Just across from the Seattle Aquarium, just west on Pike Place Market on Seattle's waterfront. I love to look at my car. Lol :bling:

How did you convince the homeless to get out of your shot

I gave them each a dollar. They scattered like cockroaches from a flashlight.

(Just west OF Pike Place Market) As a matter of fact, there was one homeless guy who came up to my window and asked for money for the bus. I gave him $2 and he praised me like a deity.

I wonder if Seattle will ever get around to tearing down the Alaskan Way viaduct and rerouting it underground. It will make the waterfront look so much better. Pike Place Market is awesome in the summer with all the fresh produce in season. So colorful:

Normally, I avoid crowds and tourist traps, but Pike Place Market is still a working market with plenty of locals among the tourists. It's unique and authentic.

I have heard that they are starting to do some rerouting to start working on the Viaduct. My only problem with it is that we will lose that GORGEOUS drive.

The market is like the cultural center of Seattle. I don't care what anyone says. Pike Place Market exemplifies all of the characteristics of Seattle.

The only thing keeping me from living in Seattle is the horrendous weather. It is beautiful late june-mid august, but the rest of the year it's shit.

Downtown Seattle is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there. Too many one way streets, traffic can be a nightmare in places, and Main Street is basically a tent city. But there are some gems to be found, and Pike Place Market is one of them.

Having lived in Los Angeles, traffic in Seattle is NOTHING, and the same goes for the homeless. Haha. I love Seattle, but the only thing is the damn weather. If it weren't for the weather, it wouldn't be so pretty, though, so...
