Well i finally decided to buy its a 2011 Diamond Black with Recaro's black wheels, yellow calipers looks very nice i think i will be very happy with this car as my daily driver.

i got it for $62,800 plus tax of 6.5% i think its okay price i would and still could get it with out the seats for $60,500 i drove both with and without the Recaro seats both drove very well i could be fine with either but i thought i went this far i might as well get the whole thing.

i also drove the coupe not a big diffrence other then not being able to see out the back or sides that well so i went with the four door. plus for the kids its better to have four doors.

now my question to the forum what was the average price paid at end of model year at this time ?

also whats the break in period for this car ? i will ask the dealer to check and top off all fluids since some have had issues with back end diff and others not full from new pick up.

anything else i need to know ?

Good price.
Break in period about 24 hours :) Go call KDI for a pulley kit and heat exchanger

The pricing I've seen for $64k and $65k was a little above invoice. Yours is below. So it's a great price!

V2011 ...

What is the final sticker price (MSRP?)

That sounds like a great price!

Looks like its

2011 CADILLAC CTS-V COUPE

0% APR for 60 months
for qualified buyers

Very nice

As a reference ... I bought mine about a month ago, paid cash for it - didn't finance.

Sticker was $72,400, and I paid $68,800 ... Probably could have done better if there were more CTS-V coupes around. The one dealer was the only place for coupes within 400-500 miles .... I was still happy :)

to answer the break in question, it's 1,500 miles/ keep below 4,000 rpm and 70mph, do not use cc and do not maintain a constant speed for long periods of time(including idling). there is no specified early oil change listed, but as a general rule it also is 1,500 miles. my dealer didn't tell me anything with regard to this. I would assume Cadillac wants the first OCI to be a regular one, via the oil indicator, which would be between 7-10k miles. I changed my oil at 1,302 and it was very black.. sent a sample to Blackstone as well.

all of this is available in the users manual.

The sticker msrp is $72620 or $68344 without the seats
I think I'm going with the seats if I can get them down another $2000
Great car after driving the Benz and BMW I would never go back as long as the car has no issues where I have to get fixed every other month I'll stick with the ctsv all day long great ride

I tought with the black diamond edition the recaro seats are standard... is the dealer actually replacing them with the standard seats on their own?

60 for a new with all those options is pretty sweet. I'd buy a vwagon for 60 at 0% in a heart beat.... any dealers? :D

Good point. It's a $4k+ option because of the Recaro's.

And the yellow calipers and the paint and the rims.....

Yes, I mean the Black Diamond Edition is $4k+ because the Recaro's are so expensive. So take that off and it's around $1500 for the paint, wheels, calipers, and trim. Separately paint is $1000 and wheels are $800. So you save a few hundred and get the calipers and trim.

Don't forget the $600 for the wood saple trim... so, for the $4850.. you get the seats + satin rims+ yellow Calipers + wood + paint... not bad really.

but i tought u cannot get the black diamond paint unless u get the whole package (seats, wood trim & black rims..) I didnt think its a stand alone option color...
