I have a question on the wheel torque specs . I looked at the owners manual and it stated correct torque value 140 Nm .However my ride Chevrolet Cruze is also same as Fleetwood , 140 Nm . One ride is about 1.9 tons and the other is 1.3 tons but wheel torques are same , so how is it possible ?

At work, most GMs are 100lbs and imports are 80lbs.

It's possible because wheel torque is based on fastener size, not vehicle weight.
