625 ish?

I would be thrilled with 625 safe HP as this is my only daily driver at the moment.
Also if something bad were to happen my wife would know something was up ;)

I say 640 but backed down to 620 to give you a 2 degree of timing safety window. With smooth idle.

I remember Bushidopupil was at 600 with the same list minus injectors and heads...so should be around 630s...are u only porting the snout or full SC?

Well technically you can gain a ton more with just a cam swap, but the higher you go, the less drivability you get. So it is better sometimes to just fix all the other stuff to make the cam not have to be so big..

Same concept with our bigger displacement engine packages. We can make the same power "and more" but with alot less boost, so the engine isnt under as much stress, and isnt generating as much heat from the compressed air.

So, to keep things smooth and just add in more power, we choose to select a mild cam, and get everything else back in line.

Depends on the amount of free time i have that day if i do a free blower porting or not.

Everything sounds good. You might want to consider headers/high flow cats and scratch the b&b catback. If not, then you'll need a cat delete pipe because the stock cats will most likely fail with your HP. Jesse will explain lol ...

I thought that was a tuning issue...

Definitely not, at least in my case. 600+rwhp, 16psi, and my cats were toast. I lnew my car was missing a lot of power and I couldn't figure out the problem.

Last resort was getting rid of my cats and that was it..

I'd be ok with high flow cats as long as it did not get much louder.

Jesse any feedback on this?

I agree, just go with headers with high flow cats instead of the B&B. It will sound great and not too loud. That's the route I should have gone. Unfortunately, I didn't know then what I know now...

You will spend about the same amount too because if you go with the B&B then add another 350 for the cat delete pipe.
