$65k for a used 2011. Really? Really?
$63k for a used 2010 with 20k miles without even Recaro's. Really? Really? Really? Really?

He, it's certified, like they actually checked that it was modded.. not!

On a national website, do we really care what used cars are sold for in KC?

Um, if you don't like the price don't buy it?

Wrong Superior.

The Superior Cadillac referred to in these forums was in Michigan, and has since become a Mazda dealership after losing its GM affiliation. Scott Pratt, their representative on this site, now sells Fords.

All the same.....I agree with the sentiment of the OP. WOW at the pricing.

Eh... both automatics and have front license plate brackets already installed. Definitely NOT good deals!

It's a used car market now. Friend owns a dealership and because leased cars are not being turned in, the low mileage high end car market is a sellers market. He said at auction, they sometimes end up paying retail book to get good cars.

FWIW - in KC (where I live) you cannot find many V's at all - let alone a good used one. And for the record: Superior Buick Cadillac of KC is an OUTSTANDING dealership. They gave me an excellent deal on my wife's 2011 SRX and the service team is far an away the best core team of people I've ever dealt with an ANY dealership.

Bottom line, it's definately a sellers market in KC; they tried finding me a CPO V2 that met my wants, but were unable to before I found one in Chicago, but I still give Superior KC 5 stars all the way around.

js615: Which one did you get in Chicago? I am trying to track the one that I traded in.

Let's not complain about used vehicle prices being high! Value is value...however the beholder arrives at the price!

Who pays the price that is advertised on a car. Set the price high for room to negotiate.

Prob not yours. Mine actually came out of CT. I bought it from Barington MotorWerks Cadillac. They got the car via GM Smart Auction.

Thanks. You are correct, not mine. These cars move around quite a lot. My first one came from a dealer up in Wisconsin.

Well pricing is very different here. Used 2011 loaded with 3k miles, $58k, w/ 10k miles $55k. Used 2010 w/o Recaro's - $53k. Used 2010 w/ Recaro's $51k.

Superior had great pricing. And look where it got them.

That's about Chicago pricing as well.

I can't believe there is ANY kind of a good used car market right now for V's, given the recession and gas prices. And you can order them brand new and get them in a couple of months.

There is probably a great market for used Camry's....

+1 That is where I bought my STS-V. Joe Kongs was my salesman and has become a good friend. My service writer is Ron Goetz and again OUTSTSANDING. Everyone there is always very courteous and Ron listens to what my issue is and the repair team delivers the fix!
