Looks like it has the free front plate modification, and 35% tinted windows. Also shows as an automatic.
If you pay more than $44,000 for it you won't be getting a great deal since it is an automatic transmission car. If you can drive a manual transmission car daily, I would go that route... they are much more rare and an absolute blast to drive.

I wouldn't knock it because it's an Auto. The "paddle shifters" are still fun too and it's more consistent at the track. Only thing bad about it is it's in the middle of nowhere/10 hours away, carfax and gmvis don't show any maintenance done to it, it has "high" mileage/warranty is up soon, and it's not certified. If it was local, I'd jump on it for $40k. Used isn't worth much with 2012s coming out soon and more 2010s and 2011s will pop up. He's probably been itching longer than me, so the extra $3k might not seem like much.

In have been looking for four months, its been hard to find those special seats. The cars I see for sale are asking close to $50k for 2009's which I feel is overpriced for a 2009. I just can't see spending $50k for a 2009 when a brand new could be had for $65k or less.

HAHA, I have been looking at the same car. I just found it today! I called in to see what it would cost for an extended warranty and it is 1350 for 2 yrs 100000mi. The V truly does have everything but no sunroof, so it is a complete hardtop. I was going to pull the trigger on it but a buddy of mine from Hendrick called me back after asking him his opinions and then got a little scared away after he said, thoroughly get it inspected. We had a few come in with less that 10K on the clock and had to replace both rear ends. No now I am weary. I dunno, been looking for 3 weeks straight and keep striking out.

No sunroof IMO is a good thing, and an option I would have preferred not having. When I was looking 3 months ago the 09 automatics with Recaros with 8-15K miles were running between 42-45K. I wanted a bone stock manual (only 535 built in 2009) with recaros (further reducing the number). Found one locally with a little over 20K miles with the ultra view, couple thousand miles on new tires and paid $46K. Figured the time and cost savings of a local purchase vs. flying to inspect, trucking it in, etc. was worth the extra 1000-1500 I paid, and the car was in excellent condition given the mileage.

Reading the Warranty Management record that smackdownsrt provided it looks like the owner took it in complaining of drive line noise and service couldn't duplicate the problem so the owner dumped it.

Agreed! That's my problem. But then the numbers don't work and it's too much a month. The few I've looked at 2010 loaded w/ 3k mi $58k, 2010 just sunroof and wheels w/ 13k miles $53k, 2011 just wheels and sunroof (but old man cream seats) $56k, 2009 loaded 3k miles $50k. Since numbers are all over the place, you can only go off invoice pricing on new, $64k new black diamond/$62k new loaded/$60k no seats. So $40k-$43k for 2009, $45k-$48k for 2010, and $50k-$52k for 2011. All pending mileage, options, gmvis, and certified or not. You try and get dealers to pit against each other, but they don't bite. They only offer to take off $1k-$2k from asking price.

I was thinking it was probably the clicking noise and the dealer is incompetent.

I see that the car is no longer on eBay. I guess it sold offline before the ending date.
