Just found this site and I see its a wealth of info. I'm looking for a 04-05 cts-v and I can see this site will help with all of my concerns. I hope I can give back also. I'm a certified mercruiser mechanic on searay boats, So if I can help anyone just let me know.

fflatrate..........Another boater here - Chesapeake bay - build Olds 455's and Velvet Drives for workboats and cruisers.
You'll love the CTS-V bunch - quite opinionated.............use your marine tech background to weed out the bum dope.

still looking for the cts-v. I did find a high milage 04 for 11k, but it was gone before I got to it. Most of the ones I see by me with 80k miles are around 20k.
I've been a boater all my life. I used to live in New york and worked in freeport.
