but where would i get the little knobs for the stock radio (fader, bass, treble)??? you know the little ones that pop in and out

Check with the local Caddy dealer parts dept. Ask them for the phone number of the place they send the radios for repair. All the dealers in our area now send them to the same place so I'm sure you have the same kind of thing near you. It's at least a good start.

...or maybe search a junkyard?
