As I posted a while back my caddy had a gas leak which I resolved and now I am just trying to find a way to get rid of the odor that comes through the vents while I am driving. Not all the gas is gone and not leaking anymore but the smell is still on the block and you can smell it while drivng. Any suggestions or tips on what to do to get rid of the smell????

Start with a thorough cleaning of anything the leaking fuel came into contact with.

Engine degreaser and/or brake cleaner. However, gas evaporates VERY quickly. If you still smell gas, I bet the leak is not fixed 100%. Speaking from experience with a leaking fuel line on a TBI engine.

Make sure your fuel inlet is still not leaking. The gas smell should go after one good drive. My fuel line use to like to back off the carb a little every month or so.

Yep. If you still smell gas, you still have a leak.
