: Bought a 95 FWB two weeks ago...I'm thrilled w/it.

Two weeks ago I picked up a straight 95 Fleetwood Brougham w/132K on it. I've had a built up LT1 & 4L60e sitting in my wifes cousins garage for close to 3 years now & got rid of the Impala SS that it was intended to go into & no luck selling it, thanks to the lousy economy, so it just made sense to grab it. The car is pretty much flawless & has actually become my daily driver, so I'm just gonna leave it as-is until something goes & than into build mode. Here are some pics from the seller...looks the same now, just alot cleaner.

& By the way...the keyfob was MIA when I bought it, so I dug up one of my old Caddy remotes, programmed it today & it works like a charm.

Thanks...Yep, I like it lot...gets better gas mileage than most of my stuff & there's an arsenal of spare parts for it sitting in my garage.

Indeed...Still on the fence about throwing on some Caddy wire wheels/rims that are sitting in my garage.

They're 15x6 and still 5x127mm? Weird. I thought the RWD wires were 15x7 too.

Wow, what a purchase!! Damn that thing is clean with those chrome wheels. I would love to see how some older Caddy wire wheels look on your car.

Your Caddy looks so nice you almost don't wanna drive it!

I'm definitely thrilled...I'm beyond a clean freak, this car will only look better with use.

Wow, it is gorgeous!! Congrats!

Here is a picture of the pair of '96 Fleetwoods I had at one time to give you an idea about the wires on this body style. 18 inch OZ Novas on my beast and 16 inch Vogue wire wheels on the stock white one:

Thanks...believe it or not, I actually have those pics saved from when you first posted them. Your FWB was perfect in my opinion...we'll see if mine comes close.
& BTW, The pic of the white one has been my desktop wallpaper for the past week.

Haha :cool2:, I miss my black '96! The white one is now in Los Angeles with the new owner. It had 58K when I sold it to him for $8,500.. super clean and with the factory moonroof.

Keep those chrome wheels IMO. They are getting to be quite rare and really stand out with the darker colors and the stainless panels.

Thanks again...You guys are making it hard to do, but I still might try on the wires...Aside from being sentimental, I'm pretty sure I'll like the look. As perfect as your black one was, I still drool over your white one.

Thanks & $2650. I think a mix of the super poor economy & people scared of anything with a Caddy crest helped that one. To most, it's a Caddy, so it must get terrible gas mileage...To me, one of the most fuel efficient cars I have.

You're not in Northern NJ are you? I noticed a car exactly like that pop up in recent weeks around here. I last saw it at Wal*Mart last week. I tried to follow in my Fleetwood but got all bound up in Wal*Mart traffic.

Yep, That was probably it. I picked it up in Nutley & the previous owner was from East Hanover. Here's another pic...

Thanks again...I swiped the wheel/tire setup from my 80 FWB. I grabbed the tires from an old car guy years ago.
Don't even remember what they ran me, but I bought them separately.

Wheels? YES.

Tires? Slightly overkill on that car, IMO.

Still gorgeous.

As usual...Thanks. The main reason I went with those tires is b/c they were free. When they go bald, they'll be replaced with Vogues.
