I will be purchasing a 2012 SRX in August. My local dealer told me I can order a similar front grille as the V-Series from Vogue Tyre Co. The dealer also told me that I am looking for the heavy mesh grille. Does anyone have a 2011 SRX with this style front grille. Please send PICS. Can't wait till August!

Also, if you go onto CarID.com, under the Cadillac chrome grille's... you will see 'yours truly 's vehicle there too! :D

Captain - Your new grilles really make the SRX much better looking than the original. I would love to have the same grilles. However, I am not handy enought to do it myself, and I don't know where to take it to get it done reliably and correctly around Saratoga County, NY where I live.

Oh Boy............asking Cap for pics, is like asking a grandparent about a grandchild. lol

Rerv, I am sure your Caddy service dept would do it for you. Not the cheapest, but they would do it.

Captain, thanks for pics, nice looking grille. Did you also have the grille around license plate if so do you have any pictures? I notice that you changed wheels to the chrome tech, are you having any problems with the chrome peeling. GOOD LOOKING SRX!

Thanks! I do not have the rear plate grille deal, as i think its a little over kill for the rear end. I do have a nice chrome plate frame that i think is enough chrome for the rear.
And the chrome tech's are stock, with no problems, but i do see a couple of tiny rock chips in them. The 18" painted are my winter rims! :D

I like the chrome plate frame, I believe you are right about overkill with grille in back. Did you also get the chrome frame from E&G Classis.

CAP: Shame on you, a little dirt? I'm disappointed LOL! I like the driving slowly comment, how funny is that? BTW, there are OTHER choices for installation, eg, I know that the body shop across the street from me who does spectacular work would install the mesh grill when I'm ready. There are other (non-stealer) options out there! GL and do POST images when done!

Thanks! The plate frame is actually from AutoPride Concepts, which puts up many ads on this site!

Thanks for the reply. I did not even think about my dealer for the grille swap. Good idea.
