Yeah, from just east of Columbus, Ohio to St. Louis ....... wall to wall corn! I've made the drive a few times before I-70 was in existence and a few times since the new interstate was completed. I don't know which was more boring,! At least with I-70 you don't have to worry about spreading yourself all over a John Deer combine, painted green and yellow to blend in with the corn in the fields!

it;s the I-75 south that is borning as hell for me

I-75 is no where near as bad as driving through the mid-west region. Although every time I go to Florida I swear the state of Georgia gets a few miles longer.

it all comes down to what we drive for me i used to say i hated I-80 it was so long and boring
well after my 50th run i got used to it so the last 5 years of trips east and west on 80 are like cake to me

i have driven I-70 never got tired as to fall asleep how ever I-71 I-75 I-90 and I-81 seem to be the most boring drives for me lol

I think thats the only luxury feature on the Seville that works consistently well.

Tilt and telescoping steering wheels are pretty reliable. I'm sure mine will be broken tomorrow though.

Another cool feture that should work well is the Turn Signal LOL

he was making a covert emergency maneuver which do not require turnsignals

Or he's been driving too much in NYC. I swear if you use your blinker there its like giving away your battle plan to the enemy. Turn it on and the a@@hole behind you immediately closes the gap lol.

I-80 through Nebraska. Most. Boring. Drive. Ever. Worse even than I-70 through Kansas.

It will fray the wires connecting your steering position sensor.

Mine was replaced in 2005 I believe so hopefully I shouldn't have to deal with that anytime soon. Though knowing my car it will probably die sometime within the next month.

My wheel does not telescope! Never did since I've had it. I don't even hear any clicking when I push the button, so I hope it's just a relay.

I think thats the only luxury feature on the Seville that works consistently well.

Go down to Florida where the old folks keep there Cadillacs in pristine condition, or just find one that wasn't abused by its' second or third owner .... the "luxury" accessories will consistently work!

But even when they do, sometimes they aren't that great:

Bose 4.0
Rear parking sensors

Still, I love it :cloud9:

I completely disagree. To me, I-80 through Iowa is THE WORST. I always try to leave home in the AM so that we hit Iowa overnight when driving to Cali. And this is from someone who loves Interstate travel.

On the other hand, I am fascinated by how Nebraska contrasts so much from the cornfields of the east to the high plains and ranches to the west and the gateway of the Rockies as you enter into Wyoming...

Speaking of which, I think Wyoming is the most scenic and exciting of Interstate travel...

I find that windows down and God awful music seems to do the trick for me. Made a trip recently to Daytona and back for the day (15 hours of driving, with furniture moving in the middle!!) & managed to make it back by midnight with all four wheels still on! Although it's scary, though, when you can't remember passing the last 15 exits.
