: Looking for a 94-96 FWB . . .

So I sold my 1991 Brougham D'Elegance, and I'm already regretting it. I need another Cadillac. So I'm looking for a 94-96 FWB, no 93's, gotta have the LT1 v8. If you have one for sale that isn't white or gold, let me know.

Looking for something NICE, under 100k miles, less than $8,000. Prefer it to be stock, but mods are okay if they aren't ghetto ass shit.

Willing to travel to FL? I can find you a slew of them.

Yes. I figured a Florida trip was in order for this. There is a lot of "well Grandpa died, we need to sell his car" type of deals down that way.

Out of your price range, but awesome -

I've looked at that, but not sure about the color. I really don't want to deal with a dealership anyways, 99% of them are lying *******s. Price is a bit steep anyways, doubt they'd take $8,000 out the door.

I know, more miles than what you want, but this looks like it was/is well cared for:

I've seen a couple of dark cherry cars with that matching leather for sale. Love the color, but that purple interior is just too much. If it had a tan, grey, or black leather, I'd be all over it.

And we have a winner:

My favorite color combo, plus its a steel roof car. No whitewalls, but I'm thinking a set of Impala SS wheels/tires would look nice on that car. Gonna call the seller tomorrow, see if he'll come off his price any.

That's very nice Aron. Hope it works out for you. You'll have to let me know what you think of the 93-96 as opposed to your '91. I wonder if it'll be the same thoughts that my buddy Brian had after he sold his '90 and bought a '94...

There's a few real nice ones on eBay...
This model meets your price & mileage requirements, and this seller has had AWESOME stuff on here for the last 5-6 years.

Very nice as well, but maybe he'd come down a little on price?

This has potential. I'd have to de-rim it though, and I'm kind of divided about the the grill, might keep it on there. Talked to the guy, said its 100% good shape mechanically, ice cold a/c, interior is mint, 120k miles on it. Guy said it was his father's car, said it was just too emotional to drive it and its been sitting in the garage.

I really love that lavender paint too, one of my favorite colors on these besides red or black. With this car I'd have more than enough $$$ left over to put some nice 15" wire daytons and vogues on it. No gold though, I'm too gringo for gold wires.

Also, do those big wheels mess up the supsension any??? He said they are 22's, and they just bolt right on. Said the suspension was all factory.

Whoa whoa whoa. Is that factory paint?

I approve of this car. The grille has GOT to go, but I almost kind of even like the wheels.

Kind of.

Factory paint, I think it was called medium taupe or something. Its a color shifting paint, looks grey, then purple, almost lavender in color. And yeah that paint color is really :pimp:

If that is in fact the factory color, buy it. That's like the rarest B/D color ever.

And if it is indeed real, I am in love.

I repeat: purchase.

Houston TX. I love the color combo and the fact that its a steel roof. That's one of the reasons I sold my 91, it was rusting pretty bad under that vinyl top.

Yeah, non vinyl top is an automatic victory.

Aron, VERY nice car! Looks like a standard Fleetwood - I really like those, that color is especially attractive, and the steel roof is the only way to go on that body style. I'm excited for you! :)

Looks like my 94, same exterior color. I have a black Vinyl top though, and burgundy interior.

The best colors I think look great on the 93-96 FW's are Red, Black, White, mostly darker colors that make all that chrome stand out.

For some reason the all White FW's look super nice, better than some black ones.

I actually saw a few days ago while on the freeway, some old man and his wife were cruising in their 93-96 FWB. It was in perfect condition, the color was a Root Beer or dark metallic brown, with a light brown top. Plus he had the Gold Trim Package. OMG it was bad ass, after chasing him down the freeway to give him a thumbs up, he waved back at me:cool: When I looked in my rearview mirror, to my surprise he had the gold E&G grill!! That grill alone made the Caddy stand out much more than the stock grill.

It was a rare site to see a Caddy Fleetwood in that nice of condition, rare color combo, and probably the original owner driving the dang thing. I respect that. It tells me the old man doesn't like anything current that Cadillac is making, and that he is smarter to just keep his Fleetwood, since nothing else on the road is as big, roomy or as classy looking.

Prime looking Caddy, man! That bodystyle is truly the last of the "long and wide" ones. Are you going to keep the blackwalls, or possibly get some whites on it?
Congrats!

White Walls do make a huge difference in how the cars look. Runway Enduro's or some Sigma Shadows would set the looks off:D

Thanks for the tire recommendations guys. Definetly going to get some whitewalls on that, might be a few months for me to save up though. I really like these, but for the price I might as well get some vogues:

the price of vogues has gone up alot. i just purchased a set of 235/70/15 from vogue last week. my cost is $195 a tire, anyone off the street who tries to buy them $312 a tire...i had to go through some hoops to get my price for them

I priced out a set of those coker tires, with shipping and sales tax(yuck!) it was $710. Those vogues are $799 free shipping and no tax

Stingroo
05-21-11, 10:44 PM
Those look much better than the Vogues though.

Vogues look like crap to me. It's a backward ass looking Royal Seal.
