Or to the trunk lid? Got any pictures? It might be an E&G kit. Katshot 08-15-03, 06:07 AM They probably ARE rare. How many people want to place a "signature" LINCOLN design que on their CADILLAC? Even if it DOES look good. Elvis 08-15-03, 11:21 AM Yeah, I never have understood that, either. toomanytoyz 08-16-03, 01:13 PM They probably ARE rare. At least let him have a couple posts under his belt before you piss in his wheaties... ;) HotRodSaint 08-17-03, 01:37 PM I think I might know the type he's talking about. Ironically, I learned about it today while watching Foxes Iraq news coverage. There was a late '70 Cadillac Sedan DeVille parked behind the reporter. It had a kit laying flat on top on the trunk. It wasn't upright like Cont kits. The other strange thing is that this Caddie didn't appear to have skirts, it had rounded wheel wells. I thought all Devilles of that period had squared wheel wells with skirts. UR4LIFE 08-28-03, 06:02 PM I think I might know the type he's talking about. It looks alright though... davesdeville 08-28-03, 11:06 PM That's unique. And by unique I mean werid. But cool. UR4LIFE 08-29-03, 02:30 AM im indecisive about it i like it but i dont its staying though original and probably rare which means valuable until i chop it up and put 4 pumps 10 batteries in the trunk ;) i just realized this is the same software on our forums at www.unitedridaz.org sorry guys had to get a plug in there anyone know where i can find the numbers on this car like how many were made with this kit? Mad'lac 08-29-03, 02:58 AM You could always take that trunk lid off and save it and use another one to chop up. Easier to find a plain trunk lid than it is to find one of these. Hell make some money and put that lid on ebay. | |
