Well, I finally took the plunge today and bought a new 2011 V Coupe. It's crystal red with black interior, 6spd manual, recaros, sunroof and suede shifter/steering wheel. Test drove it and just couldn't say no. Wanted to say thanks to the group at Radley Cadillac in Fredericksburg, VA for their painless help. I am the first to purchase a V from the dealership as it's only been open a few months now. They gave me a fantastic deal and it was a great experience. Sadly, it's raining here now but should be clear and warm tomorrow so pictures will be forth coming.

Congrats on your new wheels. Tons of good info on this forum. If you want to see a lot of Vs in person, especially to hear and see the many mod options, head north next month to Summit Point for V-Day.

As promised, here are the pics of my new V. First one is once I got it home and parked it next to the wife's SRX. I've had the car for 24 hours now and am simply amazed at the power this thing has. Can't wait to take it out for a long drive and put it through it's paces.

Nice wheels, man. The red looks good. Dealership i bought from had 2 black and 2 red in stock. I went with the black, but it was a tough call. I truly think this car looks great in any color. I'm 33 and thought I might be the youngest v-coupe owner. Guess not!

Thanks for the compliments. Yeah, I imagine I'm one of the younger owners out there (28 yrs old) who didn't have mom and dad buy one for me. I'm a defense contractor and my wife and I don't have kids yet so we figure why not have a little fun...and 556 hp is a lot of fun...lol

Dont worry about when the kids come man. Ive got 2 car seats in the back of my v coupe. A very practical family car! Lol. I really didnt want another sedan though. I graduated from a 2008 cts sedan to the v coupe and there's been no looking back.

First change has been done...20% tint on the windows.

Next step will be a new exhaust...I'm thinking Borla?

I'd be interested to know how an 18 year old could afford one. Not saying it's not true, but it would certainly be the exception rather than the norm.

Not much surprises me these days. I know a 16 year old YouTuber that bought himself an E-class coupe. Just a 350, but still a nice car for a 16 year old.
