I posted about my D3 spring install a week ago.

The good news is my springs are not squeeking or creaking like others. The sleeves really do help.

My issue is I am hearing a clunking noises on the right side when I go over small bumps at slow speeds. I know many are hearing the creaking at slow speeds also but I really can't describe this as squeeking or creaking.

It sounds like something is loose.

My installer took everything a part and they can't find something wrong. I am questioning the installer at this point if they did the install correct since its only one side now.

One of the D3 installers mentioned it could be

loose ball joint,
loose sway bar
strut not perched correctly ( not sure what this means)

I am not that in tune with the car yet so all this does not mean much to me. I want to make sure when i go back to the shop that they are looking at the right places

Anybody else have any similar issues and found the fix

Have you checked the shock mount bolts? Both my shocks starting leaking over the winter, and I am awaiting replacements. One lower bolt was loose too. Did you check the turnbuckles back there too? There was a recall for them.
