Hi , I am having the same problem , My TCC(torgue convertor clutch) solenoid is gone , I have not noticed anything wrong with the way the car works , and my gas milage is what it is suposed to be . I just placed a new guestion on my post asking if it will hurt not to replace the solenoid . I am told the transmission has to come out to replace it and the cost is 760.00 Canadian , and I am wondering if it is worth the expense .

I am having the same problem. What did you end up doing? Also have code p1860 on my 2000 Seville. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated. I have it scheduled for repair in 3 days. HELP!!!
