OK I have read the instryuction book OVER and OVER and it is not working for me.

I want to enter Personalization Menu.

I get in the car.
I turn the key on (having insured that the radio is OFF.)
I press the "1" button on the driver armrest.
(Note: the screeen is "on" and it is grey with only the time in the bottom left hand side.)
I turn the power ON for the Nav / audio.
The radio comes on.
I go to the main menu
I press the "Feat Prog" button and absolutely nothing happens.

The manual said that when I hit the "1" button on the armrest the "DIC" - I assume this is the screen - is suppose to come on with "Driver 1". Mine does not.

What am I missing here?

EXACTLY what i am doing, and i get the same result.

i'm not at my car to say for sure....but make sure the parkign brake is on, key in ON not ACC, and try "setup" in the main menu first.
just thoughts

Brake is on and I just turn the key one click but I'll check again. Not tried the "Setup"

Are you in Neutral with the parking brake set?

try the second turn on the key. The ON, but not the START position..

i've done all that! what in the hell?

i believe if you put the tt in the V like you have in your viper it will work!
j/k, i have no problem setting mine...i will look into it for you guys when i get home

just checked mine...
you have to have the key ON (NOT ACC)...ON is the second click.
AND have the parking brake on.

Hit Feat Prog, first choice is personalization....make sure you check that. Then go from there.

OK I'll try that, I have only done the first click, not the second.
