last time we discussed this it was determined it couldn't be done due to the different back spacing and offset.

Hm-m-m....
Forum member FFBOS posted a different opinion. Referring to his post where he is saying that he put the coupe wheels on his sedan:

They fit. No problems what so ever. I'm running stock tires on them. If you look a few pages back I have pictures posted.

And the pics are at this link, where forum member e6t posted them for FFBOS:

I'm about to order some, so I hope they fit! If got this wrong, someone please get my mind right.

Yeah, the consensus (before anyone tried them) was that they would NOT fit the sedan. Tuns out they do. Yes, the offset is different, but they bolt right on and dont look bad at all.

It depends on what tire you are running though. I saw some pics with 305 KDW tires that stuck out past the fenders.

Yeah, I just posted on one of the above threads that PS2s don't run that wide and don't have squared off tread shoulders. So different tires, even in the stock sizes, could rub...

I do wonder if a 305/30/19 will fit a coupe rear rim (it will) on a sedan without rubbing. That to me would put the best contact patch to the ground.

They do fit fine. I would stay 285/295 if you don't wan the tire poking out. I think my setup looks perfect with the 285. I'll probably replace with 285 or 295 in the rear.
