I'm feeling some vibrating that could possibly be a sign of a u-joint wearing out,
I have owned cars before that have a grease fitting in the u-joint, does my
80 cdv. have a grease fitting in the drive shaft u-joint?

I know this is pretty obvious, but why not look? No matter what it's supposed to have, your car might be different, may have had the driveshaft changed before or something. Again, it may be obvious, but it's also the 100% way to know...

To be honest it's cold outside and I didn't feel like crawling under the car, I just thought someone might know.

The answer is... maybe. Some U joints are solid, some have grease fittings.

Thank you, even to change my oil it involves putting the car up on ramps so I can get enough clearance
to crawl underneath.

Might be worth taking it in to a quick lube place and getting under it so you can check out the U joints.
