ok here it is my traction control and abs lights stay lit up pretty much all of the time occasionally they will be out when i start the car but usally they come on soon after
i checked the wheel speed sensors and they all seem to be working fine so i pulled my codes and heres what i got tc0033 current, pz2719 current. and i checked again with the car running and also got rs0028 current anyone got any ideas. i really just wish i could disable the traction and not have to start in 2nd all the time. :annoyed:

Sounds like a wheel speed sensor gone bad. The sensor is itegral with the hub & bearing. When mine went on a '92 Deville the only indication I had was an ABS light on. Six months later the bearing started to growl. When I changed it, the light went out.

For disabling traction control on my 94, I can go to pcm overrides, PS24, and hit the warmer button to disable it. Ranger, on your OBDII car, is that override in the same place?

I don't think you can go into PCM OVERRIDES on an OBDII car. It takes a Tech II scanner.
