View Full Version : Help replacing clock spring

Does anyone have any instructions or advice, part numbers perhaps to replace my clock spring on my 05 V? When I put the headers on, I spun the wheel too far and destroyed my clock spring which has disabled my drivers air bag and steering wheel controls. I'm assuming it's a clock spring problem. I've heard its about a $500 dealer job to fix and I'd like to save a few bucks. I'm not excited about pulling the air bag but depends on how hard the install is.

Any help is appreciated.

The clock on the V is digital, no mechanical parts :thepan:

Hey, just look at this as a free bump :bump:
