Can anyone here chime in and help me decided whether I should paint my grill black? I am looking to do a flat black grill with some chrome trim. Can anyone help. Because a large file size might be needed, I attached a link to the image.

OffThaHorseCEO, thank you for that. I think you used a very dark Black (if there's a such thing). Nevertheless, the flat black I was thinking off will have a bit more "gray" in it. I think I will do it.

no prob. i originally couldnt get the black to look good, all i could get was dark grey. tweaked it a bit cause i thought you wanted black haha. oh well if it worked it worked

i personally would paint the grill to match the body

BINGO, took the words right out of my mouth. I think painting is a good idea, but body color would look the best.

Would you be willing to do another Photochop, this time matching the car's color.

Well no rush, or maybe. I am doing a front end make over this weekend. Got hit with a tow hitch by my license plate, so my front bumper is getting repainted. Then polishing and cleaning headlights, getting lower grill re-chromed. And also installing a Philips HID kit.

Flat Black makes everything better. Thing is, it has some odd contrast going on, because in the image it is easily the darkest part of the car, but to that light paint colour.
